Dan-ED can 'see' using machine vision

We have based it on some 'sample code' but needed to heavily modify it to get it to work.  The original code assumed use of OpenCV2, with some methods now deprecated in OpenCV3.
We remapped the GPIO to suit Dan-ED's motor configuration.  The machine vision code works well, able to track a ‘red toy’.  We will need to do a lot more experimenting to make it practically work.  At the moment we are thinking of using for the 'Mine Sweeper' challenge.  The code is very slow, even on a Pi 3b.
